Cold Cure PUR Foams

Foams for a wide range of long-life applications, ideal for upholstered furniture, mattress cores, packaging and many others.
These foams are produced by continuous casting with an additional crushing process, where the block of material is compressed to as little as 15% of its original volume to achieve maximum opening of the PUR foam cells. This process ensures greater durability. All cold cure foams are made from 90% TDI and HR polyol; the remaining 10% consists of proprietary formulations unique to each manufacturer/supplier. In some special types of cold cure foams, TDI is replaced by MDI. These foams are available in bulk densities ranging from 24 kg/m³ to 60 kg/m³, with compression stress values between 1.3 kPa and 6.5 kPa. Cold cure foams provide exceptional comfort and long-lasting durability.
The materials are produced in different colours.
They can be processed by cutting (horizontal, vertical), CNC contour cutting, die cutting, convoluting, milling, etc.
