Reconstituted PUR Foams

Recycled Foams

Reconstituted Foams Made from Offcuts

Reconstituted foams are made from leftover PUR foam pieces which are granulated, bonded together and compacted into blocks.

These foams can be used, for example, to make spacers, anti-vibration elements, supporting parts of composite seats and cushions, and in many other applications.

The foams are available in bulk densities ranging from 65 kg/m³ to 200 kg/m³. Compression stress values cannot be determined or guaranteed due to the variation in the types of PUR foam used in the material.

All foams comply with different levels of the TL1010 flammability standard.

The materials are available in two colour shades: dark and light.

Up to a certain bulk density, they can be processed by cutting (horizontal, vertical), CNC contour cutting, die cutting, convoluting, milling, etc.
