Reticulated PUR Foam with Calibrated Cell Structure
Reticulated PUR foam has a calibrated, fully open structure due to a special production process.
Its open cell structure makes it a suitable material for air and water filtration systems.
These foams are classified by the number of pores per inch (PPI). Only two foam colours are available – blue and black. Black filter foams are suitable for air filtration and blue filter foams, for water filtration. The portfolio also includes air filter foams with reduced flammability.
The foams are available in bulk densities ranging from 25 to 30 kg, with PPI values between 10 and 80.
The materials are available in blue and anthracite.
Applications: air conditioning filters; vacuum cleaners; pond, aquarium and swimming pool filters
These foams can be processed by cutting (horizontal, vertical), CNC contour cutting, and die cutting.
