Foams with self-extinguishing properties / reduced flammability / increased fire resistance – foams with flame retardants added during the PUR manufacturing process.
Standard and cold cure PUR foams for a wide range of applications where compliance with fire safety regulations is required. Applications include public spaces such as theatres, sports grounds, hospitals and other places with high concentrations of people.
Self-extinguishing PUR foams are available in bulk densities ranging from 30 kg/m³ to 110 kg/m³, with compression stress values between 3.6 kPa and 16.0 kPa, and comply with standards for fire resistance and self-extinguishing properties, including MVSS302; TL1010m; EN ISO 1021-1; EN ISO 1021-2; BS5852 crib 5, California Test 117; Önorm A3800, DIN 4102, and many others.
The materials are available in different colours.
They can be processed by cutting (horizontal, vertical), CNC contour cutting, die cutting, convoluting, milling, etc.
